POLICIES

RESERVATIONS

• Reservations are secured by first night deposit.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
• We do not accept any form of check.
• Weekend reservations require a minimum two-night stay.
• All guests must present a valid picture ID (driver’s license or passport) upon check-in and must match the credit card the reservation was booked on.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

• We have a 7 days cancellation policy.
• Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance qualify for a full refund of deposit minus a $25 cancellation fee.
• Because we are a small inn, cancellations affect us significantly, so we must strictly adhere to our policies.
• If you must cancel less than 7 days prior to your reservation, you agree to forfeit your deposit.
• Changes to reservations are treated as a cancellation.
• Gift certificates are non-refundable.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES

• Check-In time is between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
• Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
• Late arrivals can be accommodated when requested in advance.

HOUSE RULES

• No smoking is allowed on premises.
• No pets allowed except for service animals or emotional support animals with documents.
• Kitchen access is for staff use only. (Health Department Regulations)Maximum room occupancy is two people per room.
• We typically cannot guarantee specific room/s or locations booked by guest.
• Roll-a-way is available ($75/night) for the Camellia Suite & Olive Mini-Suite only.
• Bella Luna Inn offers one complimentary parking space per room.
• Complimentary hand sanitizer/wipes/mask
• Bella Luna Inn always reserves the right to change its policy at anytime.
• Unfortunately, bikes are not allowed in the rooms. We are happy to store all bikes in our Tuff Shed for your convenience and safety in mind.
• Our surveillance cameras are for your safety and are situated in the lobby/backyard/parking lot and entrance to the inn.
• Rooms are Non-ADA Accessible
• Where a minor is accompanied by an adult, we require the adult to agree, in writing, not to leave any minor 12 years of age or younger unattended at any time during their stay and to control the minor’s behavior during their stay so as to preserve the peace and quiet of our other guests and to prevent any injury to any person and damage to any property {Civil Code Section 1865(d)}. Refusal to sign such an agreement is grounds for refusing accommodations, and any failure to otherwise comply with this policy can and will result in eviction with no refund of any money paid or owing in connection with the stay.

POOL

The heated swimming pool is open during the months of May 1 to November 1 and is exclusively for use by our “Registered Guests” of the Inn. All guests must be a minimum age of 18 years old to enter the pool.
